pneumatic pit leveler offers simple push button control, split
second activation and easy light weight lowering into the truck bed.
A push button control panel means no more bending over to pull a
chain in order to activate a pit leveler.
Split second activation translates into speed. Loading and unloading
can nearly be completed in the time it takes for other automatic or
power assisted levelers to be placed into operation. Activated with
the push of a button, the SpeedTouch has been designed and
engineered to be easily stepped-down into the truck. The faster
operation of the unit results in increased productivity.
The SpeedTouch is designed with a dual operation hold-down
mechanism which will continue to operate in the event of a power
outage, again saving lost downtime and increasing productivity. The
unit's compact, industrial grade compressor can be mounted above a
door opening or in a remote location. An operating range of twelve
inches above and below dock allows the SpeedTouch to be recycled
with a truck in position.
Like all Pioneer levelers, the SpeedTouch pneumatic leveler
is constructed using 55,000 minimum yield steel tread plate with
structural "C" channel deck support beams. It is available
in a wide variety of sizes and capacities including custom sizes.

offering portable YardRamps. The YardRamp has a heavy-duty
structural steel sub-frame constructed for strength and longevity.
The YardRamp has a flexible operating range from 39" to 68" on 36'
units and is available in standard capacities of 16,000 lbs to
25,000 lbs.
The YardRamp is self cleaning and has weather resistant
serrated grating for maximum traction. The heavy-duty steel
diamond plate on each approach and discharge allows for safe
operation.

DuraSeal

EQUIPMENT brings to you the seal with an extended warranty.
The DuraSeal has a three (3) year warranty that protects against
defects in material and workmanship.
The DuraSeal uses a PX420 (high tear, 10,000 cycles) base material. The
DuraSeal has 8" exposure wear pleats (our high tear PX420
material) that add
years of extra life to the seals. The PX420 material has a
500 lb x 500 lb tear strength rating. The inside wear face on
the bottom 48" of each side pad protects against forklift/pallet
damage.
